In Salon Services -All color services
for first-time guests may be slightly higher and require a previous
consultation. -All prices are subject to increase based on additional
time and labor.
Consultations -Consultations are required
for new guests interested in receiving color or texture services.
-Consultations are necessary to properly assess the cost and time
the service may require. -There is a $30 fee associated with
a new-guest consultation. -The $30 will be credited to the new
guest's first appointment within two weeks of the consultation.
Appointments -New-client appointments
must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. The
full service fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and
appointments missed without a minimum 24-hour notice. -To cancel
or reschedule an appointment, please call 914-723-1311. -Please
arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service, as
we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively
late. -Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities
you may have, so that we may better accomodate you.
Method of Payment -ARTISTA HAIR COLORGROUP
accepts cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No
personal checks accepted.
Gratuity -Suggested gratuity for good
service is 20% of service fee and always left to the discretion
of our clients. -Please be aware that gratuitities cannot be
charged to your credit card.
Refunds -ARTISTA HAIR COLORGROUP will
not refund any service charges or gift certificates. -Products
can be exchanged, or a store credit will be issued. -ARTISTA
HAIR COLORGROUP works diligently to ensure that guests are completely
satisfied with every service.
